Circuit Design

High-power COB and RGBW LEDs punish weak electronics. Voltage range, inrush, long leads, inductive kickback, and noisy DMX lines are normal — not edge cases.

Our circuit design service builds boards for that environment.

The reference is the ARCPROLED HP7500-4-RDM: DMX/RDM to PWM, DC 12–60 V, 30 A input class, four channels, 8- or 16-bit, PWM from 250 Hz to 48 kHz, isolated DMX with surge protection, per-channel power limiting, cable-length compensation, selectable dimming curves, and monitoring you can read over RDM (temperature, power-on time, lamp-on time). Protection includes overvoltage, reverse polarity, short circuit, and inductive kickback.

For your project we adapt that architecture — or design a new circuit — to your voltage, channel count, connector set, and EMC target. Deliverables are schematic, PCB layout, BOM, and notes for assembly and test. We design for manufacturability so the board can be built in volume, not only as a lab prototype.

You can stop at Gerbers and have your own EMS build it, or hand the same files to our production service.

Good fit if you: need a custom LED power/control board, are integrating DMX/RDM into an existing product, or must solve heat, cable length, or protection that off-the-shelf dimmers ignore.
