RDM-PRO started as a controller for high-power COB and RGBW LEDs. Many customers do not want a standalone box. They want the same control and RDM intelligence inside their own fixture, power product, or OEM module.
That is the product design service.
We work from your mechanical constraints, target market, and brand. The result is a complete product concept: enclosure and mounting, connector layout, display and user interface, thermal path, and how service technicians reach the device in the field. We design around the realities of high-power LED control — current, heat, cable length, and DMX/RDM access — not around a pretty render only.
Typical scope includes industrial design, mechanical design, integration of the RDM-PRO electronics and software, and a documentation pack for tooling and assembly. You can use our existing HP7500-4-RDM platform as the core (DC 12–60 V, four channels, up to 7.5 A per channel, isolated DMX, OLED Display, protections) or specify a form factor that only looks like your product.
You stay the manufacturer of record. We deliver the design so your system is RDM-PRO inside, with your name on the outside.
Good fit if you: want a branded controller or integrated driver, need a design partner who already understands high-power LED and RDM or want one team from concept to files for production.
